Our Mission

Respect. Period.

At My 28 Days, our mission is to encourage conversations around menstrual health. Specifically, we are focused on estradiol across the entire lifespan. We recognize a woman’s period as a critical vital sign. It is just as relevant to her overall wellness as pulse, body temperature, or respiration rate.

By shedding light on this previously hushed topic, we aim to be a repository of credible information, resources, and answers. Women from teens through adulthood need a better understanding of menstrual and ovarian health. Our mission is to make more information and resources available to women so they can confidently seek the care they deserve.

Here, women obtain knowledge, answers, access, and empowerment when it comes to making evidence- and science-based decisions about their menstrual and ovarian health. My 28 Days also provides a community of caring and compassionate support for women from teens to adulthood on issues concerning health, well-being, and fertility.

My 28 Days’ mission is to offer hope and science, empathy and evidence, resources and respect. Our mission is to foster a dedicated, comprehensive community of care for women seeking knowledge about their own bodies and reproductive health. Having regular menstrual cycles means a woman is producing proper levels of important sex hormones. These sex hormones are important for overall health and being well, not just for sex and fertility. Learn more about estradiol across the lifespan so you can better advocate for your own health and wellness.

My 28 Days is an initiative of the Mary Elizabeth Conover Foundation. We invite you to contact us at any time.
