Liriel Romero

Meet Liriel

I am a former Physical Therapist from the Philippines who transitioned into a support role focused on helping women with Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), a condition that can be complex and often overwhelming to navigate. My background in healthcare, combined with my experience in virtual assistance, allows me to provide thoughtful and compassionate support tailored to each individual’s journey.

Over the past few years, I have worked with Doctor Lawrence, assisting women with POI by helping them better understand their condition, organize their care, and access the right resources. This experience has shaped my approach to be patient-centered, practical, and grounded in empathy.

As a POI Navigator at My28Days, I aim to create a welcoming and supportive space where women feel heard and guided. I value clear communication, gentle encouragement, and consistent support. In my personal time, I enjoy journaling, which helps me stay reflective and present, allowing me to bring a calm and attentive perspective to the women I work with.

Get Tested. Get Answers. Get Treatment.

We want women with POI to know there’s hope and there’s help. Find out more in our FAQs, Resources and through our Facebook Community.
