Rachel Rehart

Meet Rachel

Rachel Rehart is a women’s health educator, advocate, and science communicator dedicated to helping bridge the gap between emerging medical research and the everyday experiences of women. Her work is driven by a lifelong passion for learning, connecting complex ideas, and making evidence-based information understandable, practical, and accessible.

Throughout her life, Rachel has immersed herself in complex challenges—from advocating for children with autism and traumatic brain injury to building an internationally recognized photography education business serving more than 100,000 photographers. Across each endeavor, she has become known for translating complicated subjects into clear, approachable education while fostering communities built on trust, curiosity, and generosity.

Rachel believes that meaningful advances in healthcare require more than scientific discovery alone. They also require thoughtful communication, patient partnership, and a willingness to connect knowledge across traditionally fragmented disciplines. Her current work focuses on helping women better understand the profound role of ovarian hormones throughout the lifespan while promoting informed, evidence-based conversations between patients, clinicians, researchers, and the broader public.
